Step 6: Management Review Meeting
A Management Review Meeting will be conducted with your Top Management before the External Audit
Step 7: Audit Support
The External Auditors representing the certification body will assess your organisation’s readiness for FSMS. To assure a successful audit, our consultants guide your team and prepare them to conduct the audit
