Our Certification Process Approach
Application Review
Applications received by the Certification Bodies are reviewed to verify if the applicant can meet all certification process requirements
Audit - Document Review
The initial certification process includes Stage 1 Audit. This commences with a review of management system documentation and intended scope of certification
Audit - Onsite/Online Audit
The Stage 2 Audit is conducted onsite or online to review and evaluate the state of preparedness and implementation of the management system by the applicant
Non Conformities Follow-Up
If any NC’s (Nonconformities) are raised during the Stage 2 Audit, these need to be closed. A non-conformities closure report is submitted to the Certification Body. If no NC’s are raised, then the applicant directly moves to the next step
Decision Approval
The Certification Body will review the applicant’s preparedness and effective implementation of the management system to grant a decision
Granting Certification
The certification is granted to the applicant with the expiry of three years
