Step 4: Implementation
Once the documents are complete, we guide your team to the implementation phase and maintain the required recordkeeping under the OH&S
Step 5: Internal Audit
Upon successful implementation of OH&S requirements, our consultants will conduct an Internal Audit to identify any non-conformities and guide your team to taking any necessary actions
Step 6: Management Review Meeting
A Management Review Meeting will be conducted with your Top Management before the External Audit
Step 7: Audit Support
The External Auditors representing the certification body will assess your organisation’s readiness for OH&S. To assure a successful audit, our consultants guide your team and prepare them to conduct the audit
